"This certainly has been a positive experience. We came home one windy night to a partially dark house. Called Xavier in the morning and he was here within the hour. Xavier quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately went to work on addressing it. Our issue required HECO to change the from the street to our house. He is coordinating all the work and is great communicator. We are still working through this but I feel that we are in good hands with Bowoeks Electric. Will update the review after final resolution."

"Knowledge and customer service were excellent!! I had a problem with my electricity going out in my house. I called boweaks electrical after reading yelp and decided to hire them to repair my problem. Xavier was dispatched out with his partner and arrived not too long after. They trouble shoot the problem I had and they appeared to very knowledgeable in their trade. It was determined Heco's equipment was at fault due to age. Xavier gave us options to have it repaired by them or better to have Heco repair at no charge. Xavier was at no time pushy or tired to sell any extra services to me. At the end, he did not charge me anything for coming to trouble shoot and told me that he could come back anytime if needed. I definitely will use boweaks electrical for my future electrical needs!"
